What does my AP system receive by email? expand_more
One email per approved invoice with one PDF attached. The PDF opens with an approved-for-payment page showing the approved amount, followed by the firm's original invoice. You can save more than one AP destination, for example one bill inbox per subsidiary, and pick the right one when you approve.

ERP Sync connects CounselAudit directly to your accounting system. When you approve an invoice, a bill is created in your ERP for the approved amount, already coded to the right GL accounts and departments from your cost allocations.
